Should I call the EEOC over an old discrimination case?

I had a black supervisor back in 2018 who constantly reduced my hours and claimed I was at fault for completed clients not getting their works fully done. She never did this to the black workers or the one other white dude there who clearly was intellectually disabled since that would be an immediate EEOC fine right there.

I feel as if she was discriminatory because she didn't want white people working for her, and it's coming back to haunt me. Should I still talk?

Yeah, file an EEOC complaint. Average time to resolution is about two years. If you get a favorable resolution you can sue, but you'll still lose.

The future is now and it sucks.
