im on a cut right now, bmi is down from 23 to 21.6 already.
the plan is to get down to 20 then start a slow bulk.

its been smooth sailing so far but today i feel like i absolutely NEED something sugary. convince me to not go out and get energy drinks and candy from the store right now!

Solution
>being on Kiwi Farms
>not being a fat, overweight, massive lardass fat sperg

I don't believe you when you say you're cutting. I think you should skip ahead to the 'bulking' (otherwise known as "a day ending in 'Y'" to you, fatty).
Look into substitutes. Hell sometimes it's okay to have a "cheat" moment, but my mindset with that is usually combined with an exercise regimen.

Make your own desserts, at least if you put the effort into it, you have the satisfaction of that. Even if it's just butter, sugar, flour, cocoa, ect, you're eating something without any added preservatives or whatever other crap they feel the need to insert into food. You can even trick yourself into thinking there's more of what you're actually eating. Can't remember the celebrity, but for a movie the dude needed to be on a serious diet for his role. Pretty much ate the same thing every day except for his "cheat", a simple tapioca pudding cup. Dude ate that with the tiniest spoon he could find, so he took more time to savor that bit of sugar he could allow.

The other night I had a sugar craving and found myself making pancakes, just so I could enjoy the real maple syrup I bought. Maybe you can get away with small protein pancakes and raw sugar sprinkled on the top, or maple syrup.

If you feel the need for a cheat day, then most likely the diet isn't sustainable.

Eating foods you enjoy, that are healthy alternatives tend to make dieting a ton easier without a need for a cheat.

Also, a little bit of sugar isn't going to kill you, as long as you stay in a caloric deficit.

I don't actually care what you do, I was just expecting this to be thread of the day for our gorl ALR and now I'm a little disappointed.

every three week or so i would go nuts for one day and eat unhealthy fatty foods as a reward. its fun having something too look forward too but if you lack self control, maybe its not the best idea.

it's not meant to be sustainable, i dont plan to keep losing 3 kgs per month forever. once i hit my target (7 kgs to go, so it will probably take around two more months) i'm planning to do maintenance for a month, then start a slow bulk with focus on high protein for gains.

Instead of reducing your Calorie intake by drastic amounts practice intermittent fasting, it truly is a boon for human body unlike bodybuilding diet bs

or just go full Dreamer Bulk and scream into the mirror about how much mass you made idk

Dude, do not have a cheat day because that gives you the free pass to binge eat for a day, but instead a cheat meal where you eat something that you normally do not eat like pizza or a hamburger for one meal only. That's it.

too late, bought two cans of energy drink and a bar of chocolate yesterday, it was great
didnt even go that far above my calorie goal cause i skipped lunch. not a healthy thing to do cause i barely got any protein that entire day, but damn did it feel good to finally satisfy that craving for sugary sweets again
