If you talk to police, you may know that it is common in some areas for prostitutes to call the police on men who ran off without paying for sex after agreeing to it. In general most police don't really count these as serious rape cases, from what I can tell. There is some serious arguments that this should count as "Rape by deception" as they did lie in order to obtain sex. Others argue that you can't retroactively rape someone and that the sex was consensual at the time making it consensual forever, and that a John running off doesn't have any of the serious mental damage that comes from more conventional types of rape.
Should this be considered rape, morally or legally?
((Always tip your postitutes fellas, and leave a generous "Tip" if you know what I'm saying))
