Frosty the Snowman is not a demon, and he was not summoned, so no.
He is an egregore using a vessel made of snow to temporarily inhabit a corporeal form. Frosty doesn't die when the sun melts his vessel (hence why he says he'll "be back again someday"), but he would die if the children stopped believing in him.
