compulsory voting for landed white males, everyone else can go fuck themselves. repeal the 14th and 19th amendments and bring back the Three-fifths Compromise for good measure (for anyone with slave ancestry). it's time to clean this shit up lads

Again, compulsory voting usually has a "blank ballot" option that essentially acts as not voting. The main goal is to get as much people as possible in front of a ballot. I'm not entirely sure myself if it's a good idea, but if someone truly doesn't care they'll usually vote blank. For example, one Australian election had around 377K informal/ineligible votes, whether blank or in error.

I think secret ballots should be abolished. The local community should be made aware of who the town retards are who keep for parties like the Liberal party of Canada. With those Village idiots being tarred and feathered.

Also it would bring back the tradition of politicians actually buying votes from their constituents instead of only listening to their corporate donors. At the least I would get a keg of beer or a bottle of whiskey from politicians instead of absolute dog shit like I receive now.

Not under the current circumstances. We'd need to better restrict who can vote first and secure the election process, then we could consider compulsory voting.

Idk how it works in those other countries but if you don't like any of the candidates you can submit an empty/invalid ballot anyway. But you shouldn't have to show up anyways if niggas don't want to vote let them stay home.

Moreover, fundementally, choosing whether or not to vote is a sign of trust and legitimacy for the elected party. You can't claim to represent the people if only 5% of the population votes in your shitty rigged elegation. It adds a sliver of doubt in the minds of the establishment and creates bad optics
 
Sure, if you make passing a civics test a requirement of getting a driver's license and a drivers license a requirement to vote, I'm down. Would be better than the 'vote blue no matter who' retardation we have now.
 
If someone can't get off their ass to vote then I don't care what they think.

We need many fewer people voting, not more. Why would you expect better governance outcomes by forcing "votes" out of people who are clueless and don't give a shit? Much the opposite, an ideal voting system would find a way to limit the franchise to people of halfway decent character, rather than letting any random clown vote.

Better solution. Give people UBI if they forfeit their vote. We'll have almost 0% black voting in a single election cycle.

Plus politicians giving out hooch for votes would at least give me something for voting. Right now politicians give us nothing.
