Should the United States create a standardized IQ test to determine if a person is able to vote?

No, they shouldn't. There is an assumption such. test would render Niggers ineligible but the truth is it will actually take out more white vote out of circulation. Perhaps half the nbigegrs are low IQ - let's say 100% for the sake of argument. Thats 10 % of the voting population gone if they are 1 in 10 of the voters.

The other 9 out of 10 are white, and only 6 out of those 9 will pass. That eliminates 30% of the vote.

So you lose more white votes.
OK and? What's the issue with losing 30% of the white voters, if you eliminate all the others (for the sake of argument we'll say your IQ test removes 100% of undesirable voters). You remove 30% of the desirable voter pool too. But at the end of the day 70% of total desirable voter pool is still 100% of the eligible voters.

All people have a right to determine who governs them. Denying that is atrocious. People are entitled to vote for people they believe in regardless of whether or not one finds fault with their choice or intelligence in making their own determinations.

Dont give government/political parties any powers that they can potentially abuse and try limiting said powers instead. Slowly that IQ test would get corrupted so the right useful idiots always get through.

US government doesn't want intelligent citizens who know and love their rights, they want the opposite.
This is the standard conservative response to most things political, and it is always a losing response. You can say this about literally anything.

"Don't lock up criminals, or the government might lock you up!"

"Don't buy a gun, or a burglar might find it and use it against you!"

"Don't pass laws, or the libtards might pass laws mandating homosexuality!"

Yes, there is always a chance your enemies will pry the gun out of your hands and use it against you. But if you do nothing at all, you are dead anyway.

It should be an informal fallacy at this point.

Your initial post didn't really seem like this was the argument you were making all along.

There’s the academic side of it and there’s the pragmatic side of it. Most who thrust these ideas are attempting to eliminate the black vote rather than establish a good system of voting. I note their demands for IQ tests never include an actual test on civic knowledge btw which would be actually more important for voters than IQ. Ergo it is usually racist based policy.

they already tried that. turns out that's unconstitutional and had that shit overturned. besides, whats the worst that can happen? they vote for the wrong person?
also you'd be limiting the amount of regular people who'd be lower on that list who are also white because poor uneducated white people are a thing, and it turns out theyre the voter base for insert current right leaning politician

This would prevent all of the Trump supporting rednecks from voting so I am in favour.

And as a bonus it would stop Null from voting.

Now do the niggers.

A 2017 report by the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) found that just 18 percent of Black eighth-graders reach reading “proficiency.” And in 2015 NAEP found that only 17 percent of Black 12th graders were proficient at reading. (Source)
