Should you report illegal immigrants, even if they've followed the law in every other regard?

Eh, if it's a Paki family who don't speak English and have tearaway kids that piss me off, no job, judgers of me and my culture and cookers of smelly food, yes.

If it's Agnieszka who has grasped the basics of the English language, works fucking hard, loves England and it's people and is eternally helpful, no.

I'm sorry but this shouldn't even be a thread, but because people have a warped mentality and understanding of the word "illegal", there somehow needs to be a discussion to fix the mentality that has been wrongfully indoctrinated into our children. I blame the illegal/dreamer children filled public schools.

Of course someone illegal in a country should be kicked out. It's in the title of "illegal". They are illegally within an area, just how someone can be illegally within your own property. It doesn't matter if someone doesn't do something wrong and obeys the law. Say we have someone like that, they are illegal in the country and are not harming someone. How do they get money? They can't work in a legal sense.

Do they just have a child and then rely on welfare until their anchor baby can work? Of course they do, and that uses up tax dollars that the citizens and legal residents work for. Do they just work in an illegal under the table job? Of course they do, and that simply ditches taxes and enables others to do the same.

So this is the situation: one is taking tax money while the other is not putting in tax money. If this is the only situation possible(which it is, unless they want to do ID theft, which is an illegal act), then they are only taking from the country and not contributing. I am not just talking about the US and Mexico, or a European country and Muslim refugees. This can relate to any country around the globe that has a government regulated welfare system and use taxes to support it.

It is very simple to avoid being illegal within a country: apply for a visa and get a job. College education in other countries allows us to go to another country and education. Work permits allows us to work in another country. International marriage allows us to marry into a citizenship. Buying property and being good with business or education allows us to show a worth towards another country. Hell, anyone can apply for a country's visa lottery.

This is how any problem involving immigration is solved: create a good relationship with a country and your people can easily immigrate to that country. Have your people flow into another country legally and normally, in accordance to that country's demand and ability to hold, and that country will be less resilient and allow more legal immigration.

Cause less problems, bring more benefits, enjoy a better relationship. This goes for countries, groups, religions, individuals, and all the way down to the lowest reach of the animal kingdom.

Somehow, someway, only humans managed to make something as simple as a "relationship" overly complicated to the point it gets flipped ass backwards. Enjoy yourself and eat pussy.

Immigration's a pretty big topic these days, and I was curious what the people here would say.

Let's say you know of a household that's full of illegals. They've never done anything to you personally and all of your other neighbors haven't had any complaints either. However, they are still breaking the law when it comes to immigration.

Should you report them, or should you live and let live?
That’s pretty much half my building. If my landlord doesn’t make money we’re all fucked.

I would hope they would bring in more attractive ones, we have mostly potato shaped anchorbaby farms and some jailbait would be a nice change.

If I were the sort of person who reported people to law enforcement - and unless you're harming me or my property, I'm not - then I'd damn well report illegal immigrants. But I want as little to do with law enforcement as possible, and am firmly opposed to snitching. So I don't report them.

Honestly you should report illegal immigrants because...
1. They aren't legal citizens of your country or have a valid work permit
2. There is a probable chance that they have a criminal record of their country of origin and thus a possible threat to your neighborhood
3. Illegal immigrants tend to cluster together and not assimilate into the greater population thus making colonies of people of their national origin (This problem is especially true near border cities and states where it could flip the demographics ot make a group like La Raza have a credible threat)
4. They have a better chance that crime can happen to them like rape and murder and it is not reported due to their legal status and thus leading to hellhole ghettos where the population isn't cooperative or live in fear of criminal organizations or the law.
5. The illegals can be easily exploited due to their legal status going to take job with substandard wages and working conditions where if they were legal could be either pickier about where they work or negotiate their wages.
6. Due to illegal border crossings and not having immunizations could lead to medical trouble for the host population though more than likely it is the border crosser since they don't have built-in resistances to the region's diseases.
7. It only adds to the immigration football that both parties love to pass around especially in states where as many as 1/10 might have an illegal status and it isn't fair to the illegals or the locals one way or the other to keep strattling the fence.

I hope my reasons above sheds some light on the reasoning I have for my viewpoint.

I don't know. It would depend on whether or not they contribute to society. I also would feel bad sending old folks and kids back to some horrible place.

But then again, there are terrorists who pretend to be normal then drive trucks of peace into crowds. You never really know what people are hiding.

But how would I know someone was illegal? What are the signs? Because I grew up in a very multicultural neighborhood and hearing various accents and languages was so normal there's no way for me to guess which were and weren't legal. You could say "he's Muslim and from Africa so he's illegal". But that may not be the case. I guess this question is assuming the people are indeed illegal and you know about it.

I think I'd be far more likely to report bad neighbors though if they were loud and horrible and didn't belong here.

Depends. A lot of immigrants exemplify American values more than many, if not most, Americans. Deport more millennial art majors, bring in more people coming here that genuinely want to speak their minds, want freedom, and want to be left alone.

Not mere economic migrants, though, people moving here solely due to economic reasons simply want a better living standard and could care about values or principles. They come to soak up every benefit and cling to their old cultural ways and remain isolated. In Islamic based populations, that's bad, because it doesn't mean they will be terrorists, but their children might. Note that most islamic terrorist attacks on American soil are caused by the second generation. There's a reason for that.

What we need are the Rawhide Kobayashis of the world. If their first instinct in America is go out and buy a pair of cowboy boots, they should be naturalized instantly.
