I used to have an incredibly autistic foob setup, but I forgot to carry it over to my new rig months ago. I don't feel like plugging back my old PC or spend several painful days to build my setup back just to flex, so here's my current setup:

Anybody knows how to tie folders to specific playlists so that they get automatically updated as you add music? I've been fine with manually updating stuff, but it'd be comfy as hell if there's a function or component allowing this.

I don't use foobar2000 or winamp as I'm a linux user. I instead use a music player called QMMP which does support XMMS and winamp 2.x skins, but I just keep things simple and use the "Simple user interface".

I use QMMP on my laptop, but I don't enjoy it. Everything is sized for a monitor from 1998 or something, and on 1080p or above it's tiny. Yeah, you can double the size, but that just makes it an oversized, pixellated mess. I wish they'd rework the UI to have it scale to whatever resolution you're using.
