I'm sure Bores, who edits his videos and puts probably way too much work into them, would love to collab with Rob who won't do anything other than point a phone at his face. If I was Bores the idea of doing all the heavy lifting so Rob could get some ad money for crack wouldn't sound very appealing.

Making a victory lap video is probably something Bores views as beneath him, but I'd watch it. One is a failure who does drugs and chased off all his friends, and the other is still doing stuff.

Yeah, I caught that in the last stream. Rob is perpetually paranoid that everyone is out to get him. He accused Larry of being a drama queen and a backstabber in pretty short order. Although, what he doesn't realize is that people like Larry and Mutahar just humor him for a few laughs and have no real intentions of building a long-standing relationship with the guy. They're aware of how much of a toxic turd he is.

Rob has been on YouTube since it's start and has been/caused so much drama that it could be fun for a newer person to read about a older style of trolling ala CWC. Which Rob started as a troll and a dead style of YouTube videos like angry reviewers.

I refrain from checking the AVGN thread, because I really don't care to read the constant asskissing towards the creepy autists from r/TheCinemassacreTruth. I'm also indifferent for whole TGWTG rabbithole. Can't say I ever thought of Rob as a causer of online drama, but he's definitely a contributor to such, and something I'm sure he's admitted to many times before. If nothing else, OP rewrite will reveal a lot of old history that hasn't been brought up elsewhere before.

Rob is an OG, as in, original gamer, one of the first to come up with the idea of gaming content on Youtube. Despite bumping elbows and being one of the progenitors of Let's Plays and a dime a dozen angry videogame critic, Rob is the Pissed Off And Angry Gamer to James Rolfe's Angry Videogame Nerd. While to say Rob was immature and vulgar, that isn't to say he isn't without fans, a group he seems to routinely piss off and antagonize either out of outright malice, greed or both. Such incidents include his attempt at a proto Patreon where Rob would lock his videos behind a 5 dollar paywalled website.

Looking forward to seeing where this goes. I was a big fan back in the early to mid 2010s, so a lot of this will be a real trip.

One item on my wish list: Anni being a complete balloonhead who can't read chats properly needs a mention/segment. She made the streams unwatchable whenever he would bring her on, and eventually I couldn't take it anymore. He went from Courtney to that - one is a chain smoker who poops her pants, the other is a single mom that can't read. You can smell the quality.

Did Rob ever go around commenting on as many youtube videos as possible just like Larry did? Because that's something else L was known for doing; being a hardcore suck-up on all sorts of gaming channels.

I can sort of understand why Rob did what he did, but now he's just being petulant by constantly perpetuating the back-and-forth. It was funny back in the day, but now it's strictly his loss. The only saving grace for him, if one can call it that, is that most of his haters are trannies and tranny lovers, and I'm pretty sure it's why a lot of people still side with Rob, even if out of spite. It's not a good situation overall.
