Yeah, this would all line up chronologically IF he's telling the truth about his finances. I believe it was January when he admitted he had overdraft fees from his bank from doing that dumbass sports betting stuff. It was in that "Rug pull" video where he was presumably parked outside his bank ready to deposit a check from his new job. So yeah, that would've been about 4 months ago. However, I think he said in a recent stream that last month was the first ever month that he's missed a payment. But again, coming from him, who knows what's actually true.
It most certainly is a horrible dea. If Anni can provide even a shred of evidence that she contributed to the property then she easily has a claim to half of the sale price during litigation. In his case, the problem wasn't that people didn't shout his channel out—because they verifiably did. It was the fact that his upload schedule was so fucking inconsistent that the people who actually moseyed on over to his channel had barely any relevant content to watch. A lot of it was time-sensitive drama content that definitely wasn't going to hit the same months or years later.
