I remember thinking when I used to watch his stuff like 10 years ago how he's doing it the right way- he kept a full time job and did youtube on the side. He could have had a stable supplementary income forever if he just kept his youtube channel alive and uploaded or streamed something, anything at least once a week. He would go months or even years without touching his channel and then wonder why everyone didnt instantly come back to shower him with money. He had a decent enough following and an established fanbase that most people trying to do youtube would love and he threw it all away by being retarded.
