Rob is adding a black and white filter for two reasons.
1. This entire video is an ARG, where he's attempting to create a dramatic story and act like he's the hero in it.
2. To hide the pockmarks on his face that are getting worse due to drug use.
He attempted this same type of "cinematic" presentation with Death Date. He wants to appear like he's the savior of Krystle (and her boys) the blind helpless social security recipient he's taking advantage of. The voicemail at the end is just something he recorded in his Dad's attic bedroom. A fantasy he concocted, like when he pretended to call his brother Brandon to make his bullshit "muh nephew was attacked" story seem true. Rob also faked a phone call on stream where he said Anni called him to come rescue her. Rob is late-stage delusional, probably from the AIDS eating away at his brain. He's lost track of his lies.

We all know Rob is a huge fan of Jack Black. This one is almost as blatant as Weaksauce or Asagay
If you're unfamiliar, Rob has a split personality disorder, where he has conversations with himself under multiple (up to 20 at a time) sock accounts. <All documented here. He makes a sock account when he's desperate to create a narrative. To the average dent that doesn't follow him, this may seem like Rob has a groundswell of support. It's all fake. Every upvote. Every positive comment. It's Rob until proven otherwise.
Rob switches into his alternate account to glaze himself and "absolve" himself of his past crimes. It's the most blatant and pathetic testimonial a 40 year old fent head gave to himself. Let's break it down line by line.
Line by Line:
1. Rob compliments himself on his ability to rant without a script since 2007. Funny, the Buttress Winsor account was made the same exact day Rob uploaded his BIG RETURN to Gamestop rants. Whoopsie Rob! Rob is saying this about himself, to absolve him from writing or putting in effort. He wants to create the illusion that people want to see him give no-effort drugged out rants in his car.
2. Rob is a gay liar. What? You said I could say what I wanted.
3. Everything Rob does is in one take. He hasn't figured out how to edit after 20 years.
4. Not even Rob's most delusional fans would say this about him. He 100% believes his own bullshit. Get on a call with Asalieri if you're so great Rob.
5. Once further, Rob is making excuses for 20 years of being a lazy, no edit piece of shit.
6. Rob is referencing the Hatebit Podcast 15 years later. He's still not over being called a meth head, which ended up being factual.
7. His streams are a vertical orientation Obama phone with constant audio problems and crying about Asa & Anni.
8. Rob remarks how Asa's streams are bad in comparison.
9. The only reason Rob can remember stories is because he's been repeating 2007 in his head over and over. He has nothing else going on.
10. Rob tries to rationalize using drugs as a story enhancer. He stupidly gives away the smoking gun that this sock account is him. The "Rain man" reference, the same one he gave when he melted down at Kiwi Farms, using "nonsense", and the gay crying laugh emote
which exposed his 20 other accounts during the first crash out. He can't help himself.11. More like a wet fart in a jar.
12. "he ain't perfect" this is Rob excusing himself of making AI CP of Asa's Daughter and Scamming his fans out of money and games.
13. Most people deal with their issues offline. They don't get a 19 year old homeless girl arrested for not fucking them.
14. Rob tries his hand at self-deprecation, as he's pretending to be a random fan of himself. Really wild shit.
