To be fair, if the owners locked the guns up like they're supposed to, a lot of that wouldn't happen. But I don't want to get into a gun debate. Just saying, we don't need "smart guns" to stop guns from being used incorrectly. We need proper safety precautions taken by more of the schmucks out there.Of course, nobody would ever want a smart gun because they don't want to get shot by somebody who got to their gun before they did, or they wanted to prevent their small children from shooting themselves or their siblings.
