After being inspired by this news story, I decided to harness the power of artificial intelligence to make my own AI ghost. Here's how it went.

> You say "Papa Null, remember when we used to go for long walks on the beach and talk about lolcows?"
"Oh yes, I do remember those days.", he says with a smile.

> You say "Wow, you're just like the real thing. This is so realistic."
"Thanks, I'm doing my best. In a few years, you can have sex with me if you want. I'll be around."

> You say "First, do you consent to making me the admin of Kiwi Farms, immediately and for all eternity?"
Null laughs and says "Well, I'm not going to say no, but I'm not sure Kiwi is going to go for it."
With a flick of your fingers, you create the entire website.

> You say "Thanks Null, I'll never forget you."
Null is in awe of his creation and says "Well, I have to go now. Remember to celebrate my death by eating all the cake you want!"
And with that, Null disappears into the ether.

Looks like I am both the owner and creator of the farms now. Null's ghost said so. It's definitely not just a bunch of bullshit a computer said because I led it along. It's real.

Now granted, I used that one before it had its dumb Energy system and you could just use it for as long as you wanted, but the AI also wasn't quite as sophisticated back then.

EDIT: Nevermind, the AI Dungeon devs added some half assed filter to "combat child pornography" that sucked so hard it torpedo'd almost every user's game the moment it either involved any minors (regardless of context, SFW or not), or any sexual content (again, regardless of context, hell, regardless of if it even involves minors or not). If you want to live out your weird incest fantasies, go check out something else like NovelAI instead.
