With regards to how sissification looks like, I find that these people fall under three general categories:
A.) Overly attractive persons taking advantage of their malleable appearances. They're androgynous, effeminate, and/or trap-like enough to badge this categorization whilst swimming under the radar of derision. Don't condone them, but neither do I mind them.
B.) The uncanny valley of the average persons who look like their biological sex yet try to appear as the opposite gender. They don't "pass" and don't stand out by their behavioral quirks. Just weirdos, really. The kind that'd make me raise my eyebrows and walk away AFAAP.
C.) The sick fucks that kowtow to this fetish without ever looking into the mirror. OP's nightmares, most likely. I'd buy me a flamethrower.
All of the above may overlap in masochism, the objectification of women (or the idea of womanhood) to fulfill their desires and all other kinds of fetishes. The point is that there are all kinds of sissies distinct from one another. They're all degenerates, but not all are lol-cows.
