The red hedgehog is an OC that belonged to a woman named AkaiDalia/CobaltPie on Deviantart, apparently shipping said OC with Amy is a popular ship. I don't know if she ever confirmed 'Akai' being trans, however.

Holy shit, this is Akai's OC. I thought she would never get past shipping her with Sonic. But, it's amazing to see her art has somehow degraded from her mpreg Sonic x Shadow comic. It looks like she's chasing the troon crowd hoping to regain popularity again.

I think the person who drew this is a bit off from woman's anatomy, and also just that "oh this is how you draw a girl" at the left, looks so fucking silly and bad. Also could be that the person who drew this is exaggerating the points to make it to own advantage, makes it easier to attack, also put that "hetero fantasy" for points. Obviously, I know that there are some that make some drawings look like in the right, but I mostly see girls doing that in their selfies, not in drawings...

The most frustrating part of this image is the fact that the artist didn't even follow their own guidelines properly. Like, at all.

Nearly every limb has a bone that doesn't line up and/or is way off center. The girl on the right has a spine with a very strong curve but her waist is clearly straight. And, of course, the "normal" girl still has uneven shoulders, cartoon boobs and completely uneven arm lengths, because it wouldn't be tumblresque art without those things.

I think the artist added the skeletons just to make their art look more credible than it actually is. Obviously they're going for that "real women aren't drawn like that" angle but the message loses its strength when the anatomy of the "real woman" is done by someone who prioritizes efficiency and aesthetics over a proper understanding of construction and proportions. (see also: literally everyone else on tumblr)

I've been ghosting this thread for a while, since I kinda enjoy observing wasted potential of young artists being tainted by bad drawing habits and pink washing. But do these people know that if ALL cartoon/comic characters had to do this made up realism test, they would end up being classified as deformed in some way? It shouldn't really matter cause it's all an escapist fantasy.
