So, "not crazy about boys like all the other girls" eventually evolved into "lesbian".

Also I like to mention when she ra was announced, tumblr fans when on this hate parade of how this show is going to be better than voltron and eventually some of she ra crew got on board in the hate parade. Basically bragging having more gay rep then the last dreamworks show.
It's cringy to see all those she ra fans act all high horse over voltron when most of them were the annoying stans for the show and throw a tantrum when their ships aka klance didn't become canon at the end.

For Monster High, series main designer said that if there are ANY hints that character might be gay, then well, interpret this character as gay. Or "if we had an idea to make this character gay for a brief amount of time and decided to not, then they are gay" or "I had idea to make this character gay, but other members of design team didn't see that. If you want, make them gay!"
Basically Clawdeen - just not boy-crazy like others, but if it is important for you, let her be lesbian.
So like, all headcanons are canon if you feel better because of that. Eh.
This twitter person make a post about one dialouge of Irma and Cornelia from Witch, when they had this frenemies banter and then hugged and said they are gay. Also, this was from the time comics lose all continuity and quality. So there was one brief "people see it as gay" scene in 200 issue comic.

Agreed. Tho I personally must admit that Adora’s final She-Ra outfit has visual appeal.
In my opinion this particular outfit looks more like a nice balance between the classic look and whatever they were aiming for with the first reboot outfit. With her reboot outfit she always looked juvenile to me. In that pic of her in her classic outfit she looks more like a teenager.
To me, at least, in this final outfit she looks more like a woman - more mature. More feminine too, actually.
This outfit to me shows that someone working on this show can come up with visually appealing designs. It’s just that, for whatever reason, they don’t.
Anyway, what they did to Catra should be a crime, however.
Short hair just does not work for her design.

I was digging through the She-Ra tag earlier. I've never watched the show, so I thought the whole short hair Catra thing was some kind of lesbian butch redesign Tumblr got hooked on.
Coming from an outsider's point of view, the entirety of the show seems kind of redundant. 5 or so seasons for a lesbian kiss at the end. Of course, nothing else matters because muh lesbeanz.

It must be some "zodiac AU" which would explain the symbols and horns on Narancia, but none of the core aspects of their designs (or any at all) are even present. At least put a bandana on Narancia instead of making him look like a Homstuck reject.

I'm more offended that this is try to ape that sort of simple shapes and angular style (like in Samurai Jack) but without any idea of how to translate something like Jojo designs to that.

,That being said she got a haircut for three reasons
1. Zuko cut his hair during his redemption arc and SheRa tried to copy the arc without any actual redemption.
2. They had to get it across she was the stereotypical butch lesbian.
3. So they could say she transitioned more than one way when she joined the good guys for bonus points.

What is this anatomy???? Their heads are so flat and Catra's fingers are cut in half with nails hot-glued to the tips! Her chest is literally that of a child (size and lack of remotely feminine qualities) and her hair looks like it starts at the way top of her head.
