The creator of Soul Eater, and also the current manga/anime Fire Force, has always had quite a lot of black characters in their creations. Soul Eater had at least 3 or 4 that I can remember and Fire Force has quite a few too. And they are a main part of the world/cast too, not just assigned to some exotic location or place to be seen once or twice, then never again.
DesireDriven has to be the most shittiest Touhou fangames I've ever seen. I have to agree that the English side of the fandom is a absolute cringefest. Trust me, I've seen their Discord.

Some sports bras actually do wonders with flattening the chest. Cheaper models don't usually hold anything, but there's higher quality models that really compress everything, which can make the breasts look flatter. Though these also push all the breast tissue up, so you end up with a very extreme push-up effect.
