It's to be expected at this rate considering the show consists of androgynous pretty characters, that often get called boys and sometimes girls anyway - and I've seen people screech over pronouns for them, too... So those kind of people tend to get glued to this kind of thing.

This is a pretty good example of the shocking difference between western fans and Asian/Russian fans. Both literally draw the same subject matter down to the uwu'nization of boys and gay twink porn, yet one side come off as actual reputable artists and the other as annoying, mentally challenged legbeards.
So like was mentioned earlier, if you want good fanart only follow Russian/Korean/Japanese artists on twitter, don't touch the western fandom with a 10ft pole. Western fanartists compensate for their lack of skill by making everything political, that's why it's so shit.

Apparently she just accused a random person of stealing her design, a design she sold to someone else and so it really shouldn't even matter to begin with lol.

Now, to be fair Lopoddity did apologize after all of this but tbh it really shouldn't have escalated to begin with. People started calling her out for starting a bunch of drama and then she gets scared and backs out of the fight that SHE started in the first place because she's just petty like that.

Also one more thing, this was from her "Ellie and Oddy" post. Someone called out Lopoddity for making incest art, and this was her response. She did apologize and delete SOME of the incest art, but little snippets of the incest art is still on her Tumblr and she hasn't deleted em yet. Why not just delete ALL of the incest art instead of a select few? I don't get it.

Making incest art of a children's show isn't just something I can easily forgive, the damage has already been done. Keep in mind that Lopoddity has minors who follow her. So Lopoddity erased all of the bad things she's done, and expects everyone to just forgive and forget like it never happened. Bullshit. Your actions have consequences, deal with it.

That wank-fest over pony art was something else. I don’t think the accused artist’s work looked like Lopoddity crap stuff. There are only so many poses a body can take, human, pony, any creature really. The point is to make proportions look realistic, or fitting into whatever rules you’ve determined for any particular artists world of which they are creating art for.

To get territorial over pony art? Of all the damn things, & pony positions? Think Lopoddity finally realized she was being a weird egotistical nutcase, reading her BS into everything. The peanut gallery going along w/ her initially was the most tiresome part.

Lame “community” or whatever, they have going there. Speaking of, there’s been some funny drama on twitter recently this week regarding some fan art of the Disney show, The Owl House & an artist who I’m fairly certain works for the show in some capacity.

The Artist (whose profile is now locked) on Twitter, shared a drawing of two main characters “beta versions” w/ the light skinned girl holding the dark toned one, on a leash. It was some S&M stylings, for the shows “ship” of Luz & Amity.

This is a screenshot I was able to grab off some Owl House fandom person, as the original was erased, the artist harassed, apparently they nuked the account for a few days, now the artist is back, just locked down:

All over this. The story goes, that rabid SJW Owl House fandomer’s threw a fit, saying things like,”Why is the white girl leashing the black one?! Slavery!!!” & other such idiocy. They succeeded in BTFO-ing the artist for a while. The “black” one is technically Latina, as a Dominican, who could be black, though the character isn’t, & race is beside the point anyway. Just a tool used by the mob in this case. Of course Luz (the Latina one) magically gets lumped into a victim role by random SJW’s, the same type as the ones who attacked show runner, Dana Terrace before, iirc, she was accused of “white washing” her own character, sometime in Summer of 2020, by the rabid Twittler-Youth mob. She’s only recently got back on the site as she probably had to in order to hype season 2 of her show this Summer.

Search “Amity, Luz, Leash, Owl House,” or any combo of those terms, & you’ll find various dramatics about this rather innocuous piece. I don’t particularly like the art, but it’s ridiculous what SJW’s project onto it, in quest for online asspat’s & attention.

Moral of the story is that twitter can be pretty crazy w/ hypocrisy & make believe “communities” for artist’s. Never give an inch to SJW’s & other bandwagon riders.
