So they're Jewish, asexual (shirt, nails, makeup, ear rings), bi (tassles), aromantic (skirt?), Canadian and LGBT supporter (flag), autistic (flag with the infinity symbol) and... that's all I could do.
Anyone got answers for what the flags on the talit and the other flag are supposed to be?

The pink and black flag is the “queer anarchism” flag

Anarchism in general is a rabbithole of the cringiest shit that the human mind is able to comprehend.
There are several more of those kind of flags, some examples being the red and black for anarcho-communism (antifa uses it), and the ancap flag being yellow and black.

The flag on the yarmulke is the nonbinary flag, that's easy,

This is the top one, which is intergender, that is, intersex people who chose not identify as men or women

This is the bottom one, which is Bigender, which is the exact opposite of intergender... You cannot be both of these at the same time.

Can't be asexual and bi at the same time since you can't be attracted to both and no one at once.

You could still seek romantic interaction with either sex. The problem with that is the skirt. @Shuckle is correct, that's the aromantic skirt. You can't be Ace-aro and oriented, even the Split Attraction Model isn't having that. So this individual has four conflicting identities.

Bonus content: I had to double check that that was the Aromantic flag, I could have sworn that it used to have a nice yellow stripe in it... I was right. I wish I wasn't.

Eh, I find the one with the yellow stripe a little uglier tbh. I swear, at least it’s harder to come up with new political ideologies to make flags for than it is to mass-produce infinite and redundant genders and sexualities, and then make a hundred million hideous new flags for them all.

Thankfully that phase seems to have mostly passed, but we’re still not rid of the junky flags as of now.

I can't think of any off the top of my head where tumblr artsts redrew a black character like this, though I have seen people complain a lot about canon black designs not being "black enough" and redesigning white or asian characters into racist caricatures of black people.
That John Egbert from a few dozen pages comes to mind, where just changing the lip color gives you..

And then that Jade where changing the hair gave you the same effect.

We have PLENTY of great examples of "this isn't how an asian woman looks, no need to thank me" though, starting with the infamous WW2 Propaganda Doki Doki Literature Club fanart, as well as edits like this
