Ah yes, the BEAUTIFUL drama behind that even more BEAUTIFUL piece of Doki Doki Literature Club fanart. I'm surprised you're bringing such a classic "controversy" back from it's 2018 grave, tho', especially since this fanart was already discussed in this very thread back when it first went viral.

Since not everyone probably knows about the drama behind the screenshot, here is a small recap: Appabend, some guy from Indonesia that makes YT videos, your average anti-SJW weeb commentary channel IIRC, made a meme poking fun at the fanart in question (based on a post made by the user @rinsass) and was replied to by @LexLight1 above (who now has an Encanto profile picture, something which is peak comedy to me), sparking quite the bitchfight on Twitter.

That's it really, four years ago someone called a piece of ugly fanart ugly, some other people made memes about it, and Twitter users got very pissy about it, here's the full video of the guy explaining the kerfuffle himself if you can stand his accent. It also goes into some other dramas which were relevant back in the day (and probably are still relevant today).
