So I follow this artist nicknamed Markus Prime on instagram and twitter, who specializes in marker art of black female characters (he is black himself). But this is not "inclusive" enough for white female SJWs.

You know despite all their talk about how "POC" are better than whitey in every way, I barely if ever see characters being "racebended" into something else that isn't black or a muslim (aka cute girl wearing a hijab in their mind) or just "ambiguously brown". They really seem to have a hate-boner for latinos and asians.

Asians depends on the day with SJWs - sometimes they love them, other times they hate them. Latinos are just considerably lighter and different accented black people as far as they're concerned, though, and therefore not as important.
POC pretty much only means black people generally.

Native Americans/First Nations are pretty risky since they can easily attract "stereotype" accusations. As for Eastern Indians, they appear more often (especially in Rapunzel racebends). From all the POC art (from racebends to I've seen, this is what I've seen (from the most to least)...
1) Blacks (the darker the better)
2) Generic Muslim
3) non-white Hispanic, brown person of unidentifiable race
4) Asians (more common in SJW-approved comics)
5) Eastern Indian (if it's a race-bend, then switch with the Asian)
6) Native American/First Nations
Throw in a point or two if the character is trans, has a tumblr sexuality (demisexual for example) or disabled.
EDIT: Have you ever noticed how SJWs have a hard-on for stories (mainly webcomics) that have as few heteros as possible? Even better if everyone is LGBT.

I've seen plenty of webcomic artists who admit they find hetero romance boring and try to make as many characters queer as possible even if it has no importance for the story or makes makes little sense (like making animal characters trans)
And even if there are hetero couples it's usually one or both partners are trans or it's weak man/strong woman

Romantic relationships are only as boring as you make them. There's just an elitist air to these kinds of creators and/or they're just plain trying too hard. At least with the 90's PC writers, a number of them had their hearts in the right place and acknowledged that white people existed and could portray them as half-way decent. Or it's just my nostalgia talking.

Finding POC not attractive is racism, but finding them attractive is fetishizing unless it's on tumblr's terms.
