Simply because Tumblr can't distinguish between transgenderism and gender non-conforming. Marco and Pidge don't always conform to their gender as Pidge dresses up as a boy to be part of Voltron. Marco has donned a long ponytail and a girl's dress in order to enter an all girl's prison academy to save Star's friend and every princess that was unfortunate enough to be sent there by their parents.
Many millennials definitely show this trait. It's sad when you take into account that universities act as daycare for these intellectual toddlers, where they probably learned this cultural marxist-esque bullshit.

I forgot that Fred and Velma were twins. Makes their relationship a little creepy though. Also I'm pretty sure the nose is copy pasted for Daphne too, Fred just has a slightly more vertically stretched version
