Why they always celebrating menstruation is beyond me...having period isn't fun and not worth being celebrated and especially not for letting them staining yer undies...ugh way to ruin a cute pair of undies that way.

Celebrating menstruation to remove shame from it is a perfectly laudable goal, and probably promotes better public health when people feel less embarrassment in talking to doctors and friends about their problems.

The explanation for the lack of clothes in general is right there if you scroll down, but the reason why she isn't wearing armor doesn't sound that reasonable to me.

On the plus side, at least the artist isn't really ree-ing about fetishization, other than the waist, plus the complaint about the skimpy outfit is more about the blandness and unoriginality of it. I think it's a cool concept, it just wouldn't work as well as a character concept, especially not in League of Legends when the champions/heroes/whatever the fuck they're called look epic.
