Poor Tsuyu, she has gangrene on her face! twice!

Aside from them being "gfs" (ugh), this is actually pretty cute! Minnie is spot-on and I like those ear buns.

Well, somtimes “gf” is just a slang for a female friend gou have .
But knowing Tumblr, same-sex friendships don’t exise. If you have a friend who’s also a male/female, you’re dating them unconsciously .

Minnie being brownwashed is kind of interesting to me, since many historians have claimed that the character design of Mickey Mouse (plus other certain contemporary cartoon characters) is influenced by minstrel shows and their iconic blackface makeup. I'm not sure whether or not such a claim is entirely true, but Minnie being "black-coded" (ugh, that term) isn't too implausible.

It's true, and in one particularly infamous short Mickey puts on blackface-- though some characters were not minstrels but themselves plain caricatures-- Goofy started out as a mockery of elderly black men, and in his first appearance was being a disruptive audience member...

Oh this one's a doozy! We got ambiguously brown, we got brown-washing, we got hairy, we got lesbians, we got Muslims, we got ugly-fying attractive characters!

ETA: The one on the left does wear a niqab in the comics but she isn't that dark shade of brown.
