Even Steve was intended to be "genderless", not meant to represent a man but a default human, though Microsoft fucked that up by adding "Alex" because of wAHHH WHY CAN'T I PLAY AS A GIRL complaints from smooth brains who can't figure out how to make a minecraft skin.

(ex. a: A female skin for the original Steve player model.)
The game exists in a world that is, word of god, devoid of the notion of gender.

My Hero Academia seems to be a gold mine for horribly shoehorned diversity, nonsensical headcanons and ugly art styles. I had a little look today around the hashtag. I focused mostly on people changing characters' appearances (and races) as opposed to stylistic abominations - still, I ought to bleach my eyes for a little while, because they seem to be together most of the time.
