A little off topic, but I've seen this in a lot of art and fanfictions and it needs to be said. People who make male characters trans for porn JUST so they can draw/write vaginal sex annoy thr fuck outta me. It's because this is an obvious cuntboy fetish under the veneer of social justice. It's the equivalent of calling a futanari trans because "dickgirl is a slur". Just fucking admit that's it a fetish and look less creepy about transexuality.

I definitely do remember people calling Chihiro a trans girl, but Astoflo? I think people usually accept that he’s a cross-dressing dude or i just haven’t been on Tumblr/Twitter for a long time.
