Speaking of Jojo, part 6 adaptation was just announced, and considering that not only the fandom keeps getting shittier and shittier with each released part, but this arc features a prominently female cast, takes place in America, the main hero could be read as bisexual, has daddy issues and just horny in general, her "love interest" used to be a woman, the main supporting cast are a Mexican and a sexless humanoid hivemind, there is an explicit FtM troon in a woman's prison, the main baddie is black and ambiguously gay and KKK are the villains in one of the arcs, I feel that this is gonna unfortunately turn an already annoying fanbase into a maelstrom of concentrated cancer.

There's gonna be a shitload of #TRANSRIGHTS Anasui art and blackwashed Hermes.

To be fair, it’s more of a comfort thing in real life. Skirts with nothing covering underwear underneath them is freeing but it can be impractical.
Like you have to be mindful to put part of your skirt underneath you before you go to sit down unless you want to expose your bare legs (or if you’re unfortunate enough to get a wedgie, your bare ass cheeks) to a surface that you have no clue has been cleaned recently or not.

And in my opinion, I don’t think a 15 or even a 17 year old should be wearing a skirt with almost nothing underneath it and it’s not a matter of restricting what girls wear (I know the original characters don’t have canon ages but I’m bringing it up since I think that only complaining about the skirts being made more modest when some of the characters have been made minors does deserve to be called out.)

Now the 15-17 range of teens aren’t stupid. They’re mindful of how to sit with skirts like I described above but they’re more likely to fuck up. It’s also likely that unless they’re told specifically what to avoid doing, they’re going to end up accidentally exposing themselves or get exposed by somebody else.

TL;DR: I don’t think you’ve made a bad point but minors do need to be dressed more modestly when it comes to skirts. If we make it a point that minors in skirts are not wearing something modest underneath them, some dumbfuck is going to draw it and make it sexual

I second this. I understand skirts not being super practical , but even as a teenager most girls aren't so active that they need to wear shorts under their skirt. The girls who are active probably aren't even wearing skirts, and for what it's worth, cheerleaders (who are active and wear skirts) usually have special skirts that come with gussets that cover their underpants anyway.

I think that's more the dumbfuck's problem for thinking about what could possibly be under a teenage girl's skirt, than the teenage girl wearing a skirt?? As it is, nobody (except MAYBE small children) wears actual separate pairs of shorts beneath their skirts, and even if that became a trend, how would that change the thoughts of perverts who are creeping on teenage girls? If they never see under the girls' skirts anyway, why would it matter what she's actually wearing?

Oh, I think I recognize this artist. Couldn't tell you the name for sure, I just used to see his art go by on Tumblr years ago, but he draws shit like this intentionally. Umm... I wear shorts under skirts if I'm not wearing pantyhose. Not for modesty but avoid skin iratation from my tights rubbing against each other. I mostly do this during summer when sweating makes the irration faster and more painful. Still those shorts aren't like regular shorts more like long underwear or almost knee high leggings.
