They're from Ovenbreak, yes, but they're not OCs. I'll probably get some puzzle pieces for this, but they're two members of the CAKE POPs, a boy band in the game's universe. Specifically, Coconut Cream Cookie and Coffee Berry Cookie. The first two in this pic.

Yeah, so I am replying to this post extra :late: (sorry for that, Yukari!), but it is because I'm bringing an update in regards to this mod.
I honestly had no idea about this, but turns out that the character featured in this mod is some teenage girl's self-insert OC thing-y and bbpanzu has fucked up really hard this time.

So am I the only one who thought that this mod was supposed to be a meta sort of jab at crazy fangirls and not "celebrating the culture"? After all, in the mod, Girlfriend flips the character off and makes fun of her for obsessing over Boyfriend.
Personally, I just think this is hilarious, because he has proven, time and time again, that he can get dozens of artists to draw for him for free, because of his fame and everyone's need of being "noticed by Senpai", and yet this is what he does the moment he wants to "embrace the cringe uwu" by making some kid's OC a point of focus instead of making his own fangirl parody character and, maybe, making fanart for smaller, "cringy" artists.
Sadly for our mentally-stunned friend here, videos and copy versions of the mod are still up, so this cheap attempt at damage control has not helped him, or the affected party, in the slightest. I only say "cheap", by the way, because he hasn't made a video about this, neither he had posted a PSA on his Twitter, only this Community Post on YouTube akin to a Twitterlonger apology post.
If we look at his Twitter, he's just memeing.

I went on this guy's website, and that character is not a trans woman. It's actually worse.
This guy also dresses up in drag as this exact character and makes weird ass movies. I'm honestly not sure where one could see these things, but I think they were being played in art museums.
I've tried to track down where these movies would be posted, and I found this. If you want to see any one of these videos, you have to shell out over 500 USD to get a physical copy of this masterpiece.
Or pay 750 dollars for a body pillow of the artist in drag!
And also some bonus totally-not-gay-porn passed off as high art.
