Now, TRANS NB NAGITO GOES BRRRRR, I putted all Danganronpa characters in a wheel to see who I'll draw and i got very happy when i got this one because i love nagito (totally not because of ray /sneed ) and i also share a trans headcanon with them so I'm very happy :]

I drew him trying out a binder for the first time, at least on my own experience it feels so cool and happy and ahhh. I wanted to reflect that into this drawing. Just feeling so happy and flat and MSHANSHANS I love that feeling

Me and ray headcanon that he wouldn't be very dysphoric about his chest, but at the beggining he was and wanted to be "good trans" but with the time he forgot about that idea and just loved himslef and his body no matter what

The mirror has other headcanons too, most by Ray who said stuff like him being Gay and loving flowers. I by my side added a Strawberry because i love them, a rainbow infinity sign because i headcanon him as autistic for some reason, my melody stickers cuz i have them around my room and something he wrote when he was sad but he's 100% trying his best to love himself so he reminded himslef he doesn't sucks

Here’s my personal take on race swapping; I think if done for the purpose of being experimental or artistic, it’s fine. Maybe an artist wanted to explore what a show would be like if it were steeped in Native American culture or maybe they just thought a character a character would look cooler if they were Japanese. And it goes both ways; if an artist wants to reimagine Deku as a blue eyed European knight, they are perfectly free to do so.

With that being said, blackwashing as seen in this thread is hypocritical, uncreative, and all around bullshit; you draw a black character a shade lighter and that’s harmful but you can erase entire Asian identities and somehow blackwashing doesn’t exist. Even worse is with stuff like Blactober that encourages this shit as somehow helping black people. It’s all so disingenuous.
