Skeletons are immune from most health problems, except BONE CANCER. Get yourselves regularly checked, skelebros.

I like to do "goody bags" of a variety of candy. And I'm encouraged to keep doing it because the kids always have that look of surprise and joy as they say "thank you!" Makes it all worth it!

Not that I was ever "humbug" about Halloween, but throughout my 20's, Halloween got pretty lame. Living closer to the city and public transit back then, Halloween was more for the adults who wanted to dress up, bar hop, and get wasted. Trick-or-treaters became fewer and fewer as time went on. It got to a point where I could count the amount of trick-or-treaters I got with ONE hand.

Moving to the suburbs made me fall in love with Halloween again. We get hundreds of trick-or-treaters now, and it's so much fun.

My wife and I go to Costco/BJ's, buy boxes of full-sized candy bars, and that's what we give out on Halloween.
