I think he is referring to the fact incognet wouldn’t just drop the domain because it hosts some bad people and content and that we want it gone, not that he is defending them.
It’s why this site likes that hoster as it doesn’t cuck its users for saying bad things about trannies and for hosting le evil doxes. I’m not defending skibidifarms at all but you can’t expect incognet “the free speech” hoster to drop that site when its policies pretty much states they will host anything as long as its not illegal, hence why they host this site.
