Ah yes, I recall his threat to beat people up in Soul Calibur, where he struggled to win even on the easy level. And I know nothing about games myself, but apparently his Little Pig Blanket level was virtually unplayable.

Yeah, basically this. If his past behaviour with TCGs is any indication, I could kinda see Chris go for the Sisters of Battle (because of course he would), make a few really shitty and ill-balanced custom units, and insist on being allowed to play these at official events.

I wonder if he's going to try to make custom Skylanders figurines. Hey, he did it with The Eye of Judgment, and it made just as much sense there.

I think he made a few LBP levels. One I recall was some kind of Freudian nightmare where the outcome changes depending on whether or not you're playing single or multiplayer; single players get mocked relentlessly for being alone. Also I always loved how he calls that Soul Calibur battle "the EPIC battle" between MLW and CWC, even though the actual thing is just him button mashing and occasionally hitting the easiest-mode NPC.
 
So despite playing vidya in an amount of time that I presume is comparable to working a full time job - for years, he doesn't really improve? I guess Buylanders would partially explain why - from what I've read here, the game doesn't really seem to be a challenge.

I honestly would LOVE to see Chris try to do that Eye of the Beholder trick with Skylanders. Pity he doesn't seem capable of understanding all the work is being done by the computer chip in the figure base and not the figure itself.

The first thing I thought when I saw these yokes was 'RIP OFF' ...second was there is no way that my gf's son is getting them for our Wii, he has enough Pokemon games, and finally 'Chris'.

CWC's entire army would be sisters repentia painted nude with rosechu tails made from crayola fuckin' model magic. Now, to get this thread back on topic, CWC's skylanders, do you think he has them decked out in CFMM and pretends they are the recolor rainbow, and which skylander is which poke-hog?
 
I don't think modern day Chris is interested enough or active enough to give Skylanders the CWC makeover. In the past, sure, they're all be colored up like Sonichu or some other "OC", but now a days, I think he just doesn't care about putting forth that kind of effort.

He was too busy with making the CFMM LEGO Sonichus. He explicitly bought expensive-as-fuck Scratchy "tail" pieces as the bases for all the Sonichu tails, and we have evidence to believe he took the absurdly expensive Lisa Simpson LEGO figure (availiable only as a rare blindbag or with the Simpsons House set which was easily over $100 or so) and crapped all over it with CFMM to make Sandychu

I used to wonder why Chris wasn't a die hard fan of The Dead or Alive game series. I mean, his old alpha male bro persona he used to attract sweethearts with would've played the hell out of a game with digitized bouncy chest bits. I think he generally sucked at fighting games. Soul Calibur is one of the easier, entry level fighting games anyway.

He never improves because he always plays games in the easiest way possible, he always plays every game he has on the easiest difficulty setting possible. He generally doesn't like things that challenge him too much, since they hurt his ego and stress him out so he always plays things on easy mode since it lets him feel like he's blasting through a game without having to put in too much effort. It's been shown in his PSN achievements that whenever he plays a game that doesn't allow you to adjust the difficultly and actually requires you to develope skill at the game he usually bails on the game as soon as things get too tough.
He's also generally simple minded and a slow thinker, so actively studying his own actions in a game and working on them instead of just pressing whatever button just pops into his head might be too much for him.
 
He bailed pretty early on Bioshock if I remember, a game where a major design flaw (that can be corrected in options) makes it literally impossible to not complete.
Skylanders is perfectly marketed towards him. the whole 'collection' thing with Chris is a staple of his life. He has a need almost to collect,collect,collect. More so than say a hobbyist or something, he probably feels a sense of accomplishment when he has the complete set, or 100% in something.
I've seen shelves of 2nd hand Skylanders in Gamestop over here so I can imagine him swooping down to get his hands on every last one.
Got to admit it's a cheap marketing trick, cheap but effective.

Great, now I want to see Chris's lego Sonichu figurines and MLPs loose to Matt Ward playing with Ultramarines.

I was TOTALLY Traumatised today by this Wretched Troll and his ALL MEN army of genetically superized JERKMARINES! They shot my adorable little ponies and extreme Sonees! They are Asexual too, and their superbrains are an INSULT to my High Functioning AUTSIMU! -My poor Chris Imitation
