It's not scientifically wrong. Search any non biased (read non feminist group) study and you'll find the wage gap disappears when you factor in things like sick days, maternity leave, amount of hours worked, and so on. There's a small, like 2% gap, but that can be chalked up to the fact that men negotiate salaries better.
