Not to defend anyone, but the situation in India is weird and different.
A lot of its legal system is still based off Victorian law from the colonial era. One example of things MRAs would care about that I can think of is a case from 2013, where a judge ruled that premarital sex essentially amounted to marriage, in a case where a woman was suing a live-in boyfriend for child support. That actually does sound like an MRA scare story.

The problem here is that pretty much every non-religious-conservative in India thought that was bullshit. Which included, you know, liberals and feminists.

Offtopic, but I don't understand why biased results are such a problem for people. A search engine is a tool I use to find stuff, and the faster I can find stuff, the better. Google's design is excellent for this reason, and better tracking of my personal habits can only improve it.

You don't need to be married to get child support. They just have to be the child's parent. Well, also, in the US, we've got things like common law marriages.

But that case aside, India's pretty fucked up. Rape is a huge problem there. It happens constantly. Marital rape isn't actually a crime in India. There's also the caste system, etc.

India is not unique in that respect. Most places have laws that are horribly behind the curve socially and technologically. Like how intellectual property law is completely inadequate for dealing with things its original authors couldn't conceive of like instant global communications and immortal corporations.

Look up "common law marriage". Legally, sex is not even required. You just have to share an address for long enough.

It depends on what you're searching for. If you're looking for music or entertainment or other such subjective material then google's targeted search results are more convenient and effective. But if you're looking for unbiased, objective information on something (especially if it's politically charged or otherwise divisive) you will learn a lot more from untargeted, unweighted search results that contain multiple perspectives on the issue instead of just results from whichever side google's algorithms have somehow decided you supposedly want to see. The end result of this sort of search filtering is that people like the sluthaters only get confirmation of their existing biases from google's results instead of facts and information that might contradict their fucked up world view. In essence it makes google a tool for self delusion instead of information.

Hell, in many states you don't even need to be the child's parent to be held liable for child support. You just have to be unable to challenge the mother's assertion of paternity (often because you are completely unaware of it) during the very short window allowed for such challenges. This is an example of what I mentioned above where the law is hideously behind the times.

There's no need, in my opinion, to debate them, really. They may use fancy words, abused or made up, and develop absurd "theories" but it doesn't matter. Because it is apparent, that these guys are not able or willing to see women as complex human beings. It basically oozes from every sentence they write; they see women as (almost abstract and alien) "things", which only exist to satisfy their urges (said urges are usually mystifying to them too). This isn't a base for an argument. Or a social life, for that matter.

It's fascinating, really, to see the complex and sometimes bizarre workings of the human psyche in action like this.
The root of their problems is basically the inability or unwillingness to accept women as indivdual human beings, but instead of dealing with that, they create complicated explanations and excuses for their situation. They're pointing in every direction but their own.

Oh, sorry, did i ramble again? I'll show myself out.
