This is an ACTUAL picture of my left hand. It happened at birth, so they took bones from my toes and put them in my hand to give it some level of dexterity. And you know what? It DOESN'T stop me from living a content and happy life. I'm still able to do most anything a normal person can do (except play certain musical instruments). It doesn't stop me from forming interpersonal relationships as no one actually notices it until I point it out to them, and even then, they don't really care.
There's probably nothing I can do to fix it, but even if there was, I probably wouldn't do it because it never stopped me from doing anything I wanted to do anyway.
Meanwhile, all you sad sacks are worried about how your faces look and how you think a few millimeters difference in your jawline is somehow turning women away. I pity you more than you'd pity me for my hand.
