Basically, he's taken a very valid point made during an interview with a law enforcement official ("we don't fake chatlogs just to frame people, we don't need to and that's illegal anyway") and buries it under a bunch of techno-babble in an attempt to stand it on its' head and use the statement as an admission of guilt that they do, in fact, fake chat logs.

You can see it in the other captured thread, but Z is 100% pedo. He is attracted to children and admits to going to child porn sites.
