What is "personality" I wager to say that you probably can't define it; it's a false construction

You seem to forget, Og. If they can't even read a woman's body language, how could they read something as complex as psychology?

Those individualistic traits merely arise by chance and are not innate character of a person. Of course it matters in some circumstances but some an evolutionary perspective, not so much - those chance occurrences aren't going to be inherited in your germ line and therefore it would be unreasonable to suggest it plays a significant role.
