Can't say I can rate him. It's an unflattering photo, as he looks like he's pulling his head back into his neck, though he's likely overweight. He's also got a lazy eye. Poor guy must get picked on a lot, since you assholes are throwing up his picture as an example of being ugly.

Purely on looks, he's not very attractive, but he doesn't ooze douchiness like your precious Emil. He seems like he'd be just an awkward nerd that I could probably have a conversation with, unlike Emil, who, while he has a face like a boy band member, probably doesn't have a lot of anything interesting to talk about.

I bet he likes Pokemon, though. 10/10 would trade Pokeymans with.
