My guess is "Coping Celibates", IE, people who aren't getting laid, but aren't salty about it because they're otherwise more-or-less well adjusted people with more-or-less normal lives and interests. This is, apparently, a bad thing, and the right thing to do is shut down, not have a job, not have friends, not have a social life, and not have any hobbies but crying on the internet about how ugly you are.
