Uh, you literally contradicted yourself. By your logic men are getting hurt because they're choosing aggressive jobs. Not that I'm saying that's true, but by your logic it seems to be.
And the lower wages is due to discrimination, even when women and men get the exact same job women usually get lower.
And I know women have a few advantages over men, but you're treating it like they're dominating completely, which is just NOT true.
