There are more sources that prove that south european countries are low IQ. The only reason why my country ranks so low because we have been mixing for decades. Pretty much every third person that i meet in my country has a last name that is Croatian Bosnian Albanic. Most workers in construction are non slovenians.

I work with demographic and epidemiological data - that table does not look at all convincing to me. If you look at IQ classification systems like the Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scales, any IQ below 80 is getting into "developmentally delayed" territory:

I just don't buy the proposition that the typical Jamaican or Qatari is "borderline imparied or delayed", or that the average Nigerian is "mildly impaired or delayed". Think about it - imagine an entire country where most of the population are mildly retarded or worse (inb4 someone posts "Murica hurhurhur").

Bear in mind that intelligence =/= education. I'm sure measures like literacy rates, college graduates etc will dramatically vary between rich and poor countries. However, I don't see how the fundamental capacity of people to learn is going to vary so significantly.

I was calmer than the people who lose their head and attack someone. I would never punch someone for saying something to me. Instead i would wait to get my chance for a sneak attack. The fact that i damaged someone`s back years ago and got away with it proves my point. Even when i was young i knew how to deal with my rage.

"Anecdote" is not the plural of "evidence". I don't disagree that there are people that chimp out over nothing, but you're really stretching if you try to link that to intelligence, let alone nationality or ethnicity.
