maybe. i was more happier when i was in long term relationship (inb4 you posts on sluthate so never touched a boob -sry guys deal with it). even though i didnt loved her. but i felt more comfortable with someone around me. i grew up in a big family with a lot of siblings maybe thats the reason.

I think what you actually need is just to have friends and people that care about you. You shouldn't pin all your hopes for that on a girlfriend; you should just try to find people who you enjoy spending time with and hang out with them. That's more likely to lead to a happy, successful life, and being happy and successful is more likely to get you a partner than shitposting on a site about how women suck and you'll never be good enough for them.

This is going to sound very cliche, but it's pretty true. You'll never be happy in any relationship until you're happy with yourself. It took me a long time to realize that and until then I was in relationships I shouldn't have been in just because I thought I needed one to be happy.

Also, there are probably those who really are capable of picking up women, they just lack the confidence for whatever reason, and they'll be helped by pretty much anything, no matter how ridiculous, that just gets them out there to try. Those are the success stories the PUAs use to sucker in more people.

Anyway, asking why people fall for it is sort of like why do people fall for any other sort of ridiculous bullshit, like Scientology, that seems to be (and actually is) absolute horseshit on its face.

Even knowing that the incel phenomenon exists, it's still hard to believe that people even fall for this shit. I tried to watch some of that PUA stuff on YouTube, but couldn't make it past a couple of minutes.
