Maybe thats another reason they are obsessed (aside from being closeted and thinking male models just bang chicks 24/7) it seems like a really easy job. A lot of people think being a model is really easy and low effort and all you do is lazily try on clothes and let someone else snap a few photos. In reality I've heard it's quite stressful.

The level of competition is absolutely ridiculous, and you can pretty much always be replaced. The slightest imperfection and you're gone. It's also not like there's a shortage of equally good looking people unless you are literally Adonis. So you have to be willing and able to do endless photo shoots in physically uncomfortable settings for utter assholes.
Not my idea of fun. But I don't have much sympathy for people who decided on it.
Also the career of someone choosing this is not long. As soon as they don't look underage any more they're history.

I've been wondering something. The SHers tend to call either themselves or other members "subhumans" and give them low "ratings," right? The solution they put forward is surgery to "looksmax," or whatever they call it. But they also have a weird fixation on having kids and spreading their "seed." Are they aware that surgery doesn't carry over to your kids? Will they ensure their kids grow up being called "subhuman" by their own parents, or are they hoping that their 11/10 wife gives the kid all of the aesthetic beauty?
I realize that's far more thought put into it than they've given, but it was on my mind.

Actually, a lot of us are antinatalists and most don't want to pass on their genes. Not sure where you've seen all this stuff about having children, but its actively discouraged there.

I agree that it's brought up all the time, but not that SHers themselves actually want to "spread their seed". I think almost everyone biologically has an urge to. Some even say it's the only true purpose of life, but a lot of SHers express disappoint over feeling like their genes are not worthy of being passed on, therefore their life is meaningless according to that sort of nihilistic worldview.
