I don’t think David is Pakistani or Indian. Someone on Reddit pointed out that he wrote a poem in Jamaican patoise for the Stephanie Schoolie account in 2019. He looks more mixed Afro-Carribean to me than Paki. The wide nasal bridge is what indicates it for me. Jamaican Brits are also much more ubiquitous and make up 7% of London’s total population.
