Like his legs are long and slender yet his upper body is obese. It looks odd. And how come there's a line separating two halfs of his stomach.
Off-putting yes but not unique. Quinton Reviews can basically be described the same way, literally. The Walmart shopper body plan is the carcinisation of most people of Angloid stock.
I think what truly ties the horror together is how he moves. He looks uncomfortable just existing, David Firth said he had a weird posture and leaned forward and it looks like the nonce has kept it pretty consistent. So why does he do it? He either relishes on provoking uneasiness or it makes him that horny to try and 'make himself small'.
I grew in a town full of freaks and most of them don't have "official" nicknames, nor are they discussed online. If, as it seems, his activity peaked in the 90s, then that might explain why he's not really discussed about in internet circles. Especially since he might not be living in Doncaster anymore (?).
He doesn't but most of the stuff that has been uncovered does point to the fact he left a mark in Doncaster. I agree with your take here, I myself have lived to see my own town's characters in the flesh and most of the time you are discouraged from bothering them. It's just a cunt move to try to make a lolcow out of a presumably mentally ill person that likely only a couple hundred people in your town at best know about.
As an example, blameitonjorge exposed the greater Internet to the white runner of Coacalco about a month ago. If you lack the context, picrel ran wearing this in a town in Mexico starting a year ago.
The truth including his name was revealed quite recently. He is just a man that runs dressed like that to cope with his schizophrenia, his mother even appeared to explain it and now the guy is even joined by people that try to be friendly to him. Why do I bring this case up? Because most people out there when trying to explain their own town's characters may conjure something like this and follow the rule of 'live and let live'. Chances are that even the densest kid at Hall Cross understood to not talk with David so he wasn't expected to do anything besides the incident.

I'll be quite honest, I was really surprised when this guys popped up on my local city's subreddit. It's like one of them things that scared you as a child, then something reminds you of that as an adult and it puts you back a bit.
We're talking like 14ish years back. I'm 28 almost 29 now.
So... he lived on my street while I was in my last few years of secondary school and first few years of college, age 14-17.
He was very well known by pretty much everyone who lived around that area, there was even a video of him at one point titled 'Donny Legend'. Me and my brother looked for this today but couldn't find it. It must be at least 14 to 15 yrs old now though, so it may be deleted.
He spent a lot of time wearing his school uniform, usually the skirt and boots look but sometimes a suit. Basically the exact same look from his recent pictures, just with a different school uniform.
He carried around a little lunch box with a mirror glued to one side of it. He used to stand behind trees and watch people in the reflection.
He used to follow kids home from school going tree to tree. There were a few times he was caught looking through peoples living room windows that had confronted him in the past.
My brothers and step dad had a few altercations with him. My step dad and mum especially didn't feel safe living on the same street as him and didn't like how close he lived to the local school (50 second walk).
The police were called more times than I'd like to count, they were never ever concerned. He never committed a crime, according to them. They were very concerned for his safety in this.
He was always seen as such a danger but I honestly just assumed (stupidly as a naive teenager) that this guy didn't know how to use the Internet or at the very least was monitored.
It's horrible he's turned up online, though. I'm glad I can now be sure he's left the local city. My daughter starts secondary school next year and I'm glad he won't be around to terrorise her. I just wish & hope that the authorities would protect the school kids where he is.

This man is a known creep. I used to work at the court 20 years ago, and he was in court and the paper several times for approaching and writing to underaged girls, while wearing that makeup and young girls style clothing.
He usually got away without conviction because the courts believed he didn't intend [to do] any wrong. He was trying to speak to those girls because he wholeheartedly believed he was a girl of that age.
I couldn't find either of these posts. The first one only led to a TikTok profile with no content and the second led to nothing. These two accounts are some of the most substantial and yet they only mean the rabbit hole has rabbit holes. Unless I get to read that his arse is in jail by Monday I'll consider this another loss for the system during the Summer of Discontent.
