A+ episode. The joke at the end caught me off guard, the vibe is ruined now dude. Shame Charlie and Pim didn't get to see Clerks.

Also this a blanket statement for the series as a whole but Michael Cusack should get the "Most realistic in danger screaming" award

The new episode of Smiling Friends is here

I have but one complaint with the episode in question. The balding gentleman in the crystal ball had the look of a CEO or a regional store manager to me. Most of the guys I've known working construction usually had short hair. Maybe a plumber would've been more apt, but the balding ones usually where more aged than that example. Other then this unforgivable and morally unconscionable blunder of tv show writing, this might be one of my new favorite episodes. It's so simple but so funny. I also like how the thread of the episode wasn't pushed too hard. Charlie starts the job feeling like he won't do well for situation and winds up completely resolving things by being grounded and practical. It's so simple but it works perfectly fine.

Yo, man, give me my friend back, and we'll call it even. I got a fucking army with me!

It was good to see Charlie managing to use his Grand Strategy 4 skills in real life.

This episode quickly became my favorite one of this season, to be honest. I loved every single minute of it.

Why did the Shmaloogles call for the Smiling Friends? Charlie and Pim aren't technicians or anything and there was a repair Shmaloogle already working on it.
Really schmaloogles the noodle when you think about it.

Smile and Blow me!

The Wizard really elevated the episode. His reaction at the Wawa and being proven justified for killing those blue cocksuckers was heartwarming.

I like how they actually got Brian O'Halloran to do a cameo for like a 10s callback gag in the post-credits.
I kinda wanna see a clerks-smiling friends cross over. The SF boys have to go to the quick stop to make Randall smile because he's always so cynical and sarcastic.

But leave Kevin Smith out of it or else he'll just post pictures of himself crying over how beautiful Pim is or some gay shit

I don't think they ever said they called them. The king just says "thanks for coming". Perhaps it was simply what was written on the card.
