I agree that the B plot was better than the A plot. I think it reveals an inherent weakness of the show, is that it is really tied to the format of being the Smiling Friends, when the characters just fucking around tend to be the funniest episodes. I don't expect it to become a problem soon, but they will certainly need to drop it as the spine for the series eventually.

Anyone got torrent/dl links for this season? Can't view through Adult swim themselves in my country

Why is there suddenly a random jew being grouped in with the two co-creators of the show and taking a producer credit?

Smiling Friends is kind of like the movie Airplane in the fact that even if you don't get the reference, the joke still works independently. In this scene, the Boss's weirdo behaviour makes the joke funny even if you don't know it's a Bob Chandler quote, like how in Airplane the Jive joke still works even if you don't know that's Barbara Billingsley.

He's an editor of the show, I'm guessing he's the guy that does the compositing for all the different animations they have to put in the show.

also, aren't all three of these guys jews?

Episode was pretty decent. I am waiting for the Rickandmortyification to happen, though I hope it won't. Hearing Connor O'malley was pretty unexpected, haven't seen much of his stuff but he seems like diet Sam Hyde, Silly Sam was great.

Wait, what happened in Frowning Friends that pissed off redditors?
As mentioned before it pissed off the nihilism crowd, but also the Rick and Morty fanbase got especially upset because they took it as a direct jab at Rick being a whiny mopey blackpilled faggot all the time, as if it's unheard for normal people to grow weary of people being negative all the fucking time.
I can't seem to find it but there was a pretty funny edit of Grim from the episode wearing Ricks spikey hair as he cries and pisses himself at gunpoint by Mr. Boss.

Zach "Dreidel" Hadel is more a creature than a jew.
