The episode was pretty funny right up until that fucking training montage. That genuinely caught me off guard and I was choking with laughter. This show continues to be the best show on Adult Swim, and I only hope Mike and Zach can continue to deliver.

On a side note, what are people's thoughts (for those who've watched it) on Ha Ha You Clowns? I think it's pretty good so far, though it took me a few episodes to "get it." I just think it's great to see another YouTube animation shitposter get his own show on actual TV lmao

I wonder if anyone here has posted this. Was scrolling xitter and saw this.

Some guy called Michael Anderson said that while his impressions of Charlie and pim are ok, he wants to snag their roles if Zach or Michael, god forbid get caught doing something along the lines of Justin roiland (being sexually deviant) or james gunn ("a bad tweet"). Fuck this guy.
Here's the original article link

I liked episode 7, really cool with the Norwood jokes and the schmoogles. Can't wait for the last episode of the season.
edit: apperently, this is fake and i fell for this retarded thing. as stated below i suck cocks for believing this bullshit
"that's how lying works that's how propaganda works. 'he wouldn't say a lie 15 times in a row'"

I like it, but not the parts where the boys are mean-spirited or assholes, which has happened in a few recent episodes. The original youtube shorts worked because the characters were genuinely well-meaning guys. I also wonder if they will have more of the paranormal elements which were more present in the shorts.

I agree. I'm a little disappointed they haven't leaned into the paranormal more with the actual show, because those are the funniest bits of the YouTube shorts. Hearing the boys go "Mom is getting more powerful" is hilarious

fun new season so far. they aren't really fixing the "realistic dialog" issue so far (even referencing it in the mole episode) but at least it feels shorter this time?
yeah they aren't ever going to "fix" the funny thing everybody else likes dude, all you faggots better suck it up

anyway here's a cool jpeg of a smurf i don't need so you guys can have it

Love it. It really feels like old Adult Swim with the awkward humor, but there’s a genuine warmth to it. It leans into it without needing to say “just joking! Omg, can you imagine if they were really like this??”.

It keeps feeling like it’s building to something crazy/gross/violent, but always lands back in wholesomeville. I hadn’t heard of Joe Cappa before, but I’m a fan so far.

you can watch all of the original shorts on his channel:

he also did this home improvement video before starting the series:

There’s been a few people trying to shit-talk HaHa You Clowns as inferior to Smiling Friends on X, but it feels really forced.

based wawa mention

unfortunately, both zach and mike are clearly unfamiliar with wawa culture, where you're supposed to eat on top of the trashcans outside, because they've got flat tops. very disappointing uguuuu

It was clearly because the Shmaloogles were too short to reach, so Charlie and Pim decided not to rub it in because they are nice guys like that.
