"I am a man. I am what you hate. But I am here to help."Since we have a few ladies in this thread (which I wasn't expecting, women aren't known to use Tor), what website would you recommend on information and discussions about pregnancy and parenting? Is Mumsnet any good?
The websites I usually use are too masculine for that topic to be often talked about, and I don't trust to have my questions properly answered by the establishment websites that first pop-up when I do a search.
(Do I remember the Mumsnet thread correctly? Where some dude showed up offering to help women with their IT questions? Fucking hilarious).
But yes, Mumsnet is actually excellent for parenting advice on the whole. And if you have a kid who God help you is at trooning out risk, the feminism board (Sex and Gender subforum) is actually a good place for advice, materials and support. Also if a male partner is trooning there is the (heart-breaking but supportive) trans widows threads. You'll have to deal with a little "Men Bad Rarrwwwwr" stuff but hey, you'll survive.
@truserionamea Welcome to the Farms. I recommend you now say "TRANSWOMEN ARE MEN!" or something else you're not allowed to say on MN. Am sure it'll be very therapuetic.
I have to say, I'm kind of enjoying this weird MN-KF crossover event that is happening at the moment.
